Apparantly FF7 was released through the Playstation Network Store on June 1 this year. It's only $10, 1352MB, and hours of RPG goodness.
I know what I'm doing this weekend. Finally beating FF7, 12 years after it's initial release!

I guess they're trying to do something like the Mario Marathon people.
